Our Mission is to preserve and promote Indian culture, language, and performing arts by creating high-quality cultural programs, theatrical productions, educational workshops, and community events. We are committed to nurturing artistic talent, encouraging lifelong learning, strengthening community connections, and providing opportunities for individuals to develop confidence, creativity, teamwork, and leadership through the performing arts.

Sridhar Tummalapalli
Director & Founder
Sridhar Tummalapalli is the Director and Founder of Abhyudaya With extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, he is a Mortgage Broker, Director of Affluence Financials, and Co-founder of Biz Growth Network. Sridhar brings strong leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for community service to Abhyudaya. He is committed to preserving and promoting Indian arts and culture by fostering community engagement, supporting cultural initiatives, and creating opportunities for future generations to celebrate and connect with their heritage.
Arun Yarrapatruni
Director & Co-Founder
Arun Yarrapatruni is the Co-founder and Operations Lead of Abhyudaya, Professionally; he is a Mechanical Project Manager in the automation and intralogistics industry. With extensive experience in community volunteering across Telugu and Tamil cultural organizations, Arun is passionate about preserving and promoting Indian arts and culture. Together with Sridhar, he co-founded Abhyudaya to create a platform that nurtures cultural talent, fosters community connections, and inspires future generations through meaningful cultural and artistic initiatives.
Sirisha Tummalapalli
Treasurer
Sirisha Tummalapalli is a Finance Lead of Abhyudaya With extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, she now runs her own finance business, Due Finance, where she assists individuals and families with home loans, mortgages, and financial solutions. Passionate about community service and cultural development, Sirisha plays an active role in supporting Abhyudaya's mission. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for children and the wider community to connect with, celebrate, and preserve Indian arts, culture, and heritage through meaningful cultural initiatives.
Ramya Tanguturi
Communications Lead
Ramya Tanguturi is a Marketing and Communications Lead of Abhyudaya. She is a Human Resources specialist and consultant by profession, she works as an HR Manager with the IHG brand and is also the Director of her own HR consulting business
SS Human Resources. With a strong passion for community service and people development, Ramya is dedicated to supporting cultural and educational initiatives that empower children and families. Through her expertise and commitment, she plays an important role in advancing Abhyudaya's mission of preserving culture, fostering community connections, and inspiring the next generation.
